Staff was friendly, helpful and had a good sense of humor.

The hotel was exceptionally nice! Very clean and staff were very accommodating. Two things I would suggest: a sign where the lobby entrance is located and a bar/lounge area. We will definitely stay here again if we’re in the area

We stayed for 3 nights. Room was clean and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel and surrounding area felt safe.

We really like staying at this property. The staff is always accommodating and we like the amenities. However, the amount of preteen and teenage children allowed to wonder the property unsupervised is getting ridiculous. The last two visits were not as enjoyable. The staff tries hard to control them but the parents and coaches need to do better. The kids were running around, kicking doors, playing tag in the hall and being disrespectful to the housekeeping staff. The front desk staff had to come up twice and talk to them but they kept running from her. More needs to be done to hold the adults accountable that are traveling with the teams. Several parents were drinking at the bar as the kids were running around. I know the hotel makes their money off these teams but they are scaring away other customers.
